Janice D. Shaw

Janice D. Shaw is a devoted mother to three beautiful daughters and lovingly referred to as "Granna" by her three grandsons and grand princess. She embraced Christianity at 14, but her relationship with God deepened significantly over the years. Despite past regrettable choices, Janice understands they do not define who she is in Christ. She sees them as integral parts of her purposeful journey, shaping her into the woman God always intended her to be.

From her experiences, including the seperation of a 30-year marriage, Janice draws strength to empower and equip women. She emphasizes the importance of seeking a genuine relationship with God, which she believes clothes individuals with strength, dignity, and self-worth. She founded She is Clothed International (SìC), formerly SHIFT Ministries, reflecting this transformative process.

Janice is a passionate worship leader, inspired by Holy Spirit to sing prophetic songs. She also teaches the Word of God and has ministered nationally as a Psalmist, notably through Saints on a Mission. With a background in civil government and collaborations with renowned gospel artists, Janice currently serves as an administrative lead at Duke Energy, USA.

Licensed and ordained by Drs. Apostles Jacksons of "I AM" Fellowship Ministries, USA in June 2020, Janice is a published author of "Healing, Identity & Purpose: My Journey to Wholeness," available on Amazon. Her greatest joy lies in worship and inspiring others to intimately know the Lord through His Presence.

Janice’s favorite scripture and Promise of God she submits to is Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Ruthie Preston
Executive Board Member

Ruthie is a native of Alabama, but currently resides in McDonough, Georgia.

She has been married for 10 years. Ruthie retired from her 9 to 5 in 2013, and in 2000 God pushed her to start her own Jewelry business called Navé LLC.  She makes and repair jewelry and is not afraid to give 110% to God and her work. When Ruthie is passionate about something, there is no stopping her.

Ruthie is a giver by nature and absolutely loves learning. Her hearts desire is to attend Bible College, and is trusting God to open the door to the right school at the right time. Being asked to teach children's church one Sunday sparked a new fire and ignited a burning desire in her to learn more.

While attending one of the SìC gatherings  in Destin, Florida in 2021, Ruthie asked and received the gift of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues while being prayed for. She states it was a feeling like no other and a feeling that she never wants to go away.

One of Ruthie's favorite scripture is Psalm 27:1

The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear

The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid

Rhonda Hudson
Executive Board Member

Rhonda came into a personal relationship with the Lord in her twenties.  Even though she had attended church since childhood, she didn’t know God, or have a personal relationship with Him.  After going through some life events that challenged her in the areas of relationships, self-love, identity and purpose, she was at one of the lowest points of her life.

While attending a women’s retreat in Gatlinburg, TN she had a personal encounter with Jesus and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.  She always had a desire to know more about God and salvation provided more than just knowledge of God.  She now has a personal relationship with Him.  After the retreat, she began attending catechism classes where she learned more about God and her spiritual foundation was built.

More than 25 years down the road, her faith is firmly planted in Jesus Christ.  Rhonda has a servant’s heart and God has allowed her to serve as a teacher in the Education Ministry.  She also serves in a Leadership capacity by ministering, praying and counseling others.  She also utilizes her administrative skills as a staff member at New Life Temple Bible College.   She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree and has a Bachelor of Theology degree.

God has restored her in many areas and she is glad to share her testimonies, encouragement and practical information that will help others.   Rhonda currently serves as a Board Member of Fluent Life,  The Lord Reigns, and She is Clothed International.  These ministries teach, support, and uplift others so that they can walk in their purpose.

One of her favorite scriptures is Matthew 6:33 – But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well (NIV).  This is a reminder to focus on God and what He desires, and He’ll take care of everything that concerns you.

Rhonda is the wife of a wonderful husband, John who is her biggest supporter.  She is also the mother of two children and two grandchildren.  Her prayer is that God will continue to use her to serve others and that she will fulfill God’s purpose for her life.
