Janice Barren - Shaw
Founder
Janice Barren-Shaw is a loving mother to 3 beautiful daughters, and affectionately called “Granna” by her 3 adorable grandsons. She gave her life to Christ at the tender age of 14, but over those 37 years she has grown to understand and cherish a “true” relationship with God. She admits that she has made many regretful choices; but they most certainly do not define who she is in Christ. Janice now realizes it was all a part of her purposeful process, and the plan of God for her life. She is progressively evolving into the woman He always intended for her to be. It was the bad choices, ugly mistakes, and even the severing of a 30-year marriage that have given Janice the training she needs to pour into, empower and equip other women; causing them to recognize the daily presence of God which clothes/covers them with strength, dignity and self-worth, and to understand that it comes by seeking and having true relationship with Him. The organization, She is Clothed or SìC (pronounced seek), formerly SHIFT Ministries, was birthed from the process she speaks of. Coupled with her passion for prayer, Minister Shaw is a seasoned worship leader, a conduit from which the Holy Spirit blows HIS worship and speaks through prophetic song; and, more recently a teacher of the Word of God. Having past experiences at New Life Temple Church, Omega Christian Center, Covenant Christian Center, “I AM” Fellowship Ministries, and several other churches locally, Janice has also ministered as an anointed Psalmist nationally, most specifically via the mission, Saints on a Mission. Administratively, she has worked with some of the well- known gospel artists in the area and secularly has worked in civil government diligently supporting in the legal arena. Currently, Minister Janice Shaw is an administrative lead with Duke Energy, worship leader at Earthshakers Church under Pastors Randy and Carmen Wooten in Middletown, USA, Founder of She is Clothed International, and is covered apostolically by Drs., Apostles Jacksons of “I AM” Fellowship Ministries, USA who are excited to license and ordain her in June 2020. Janice’s joy is found in worship and inspiring others to know the Lord intimately by being acquainted with His Presence.

Ruthie Preston
Executive Board Member
Ruthie is a native of Alabama, but currently resides in McDonough, Georgia.
She has been married for 10 years. Ruthie retired from her 9 to 5 in 2013, and in 2000 God pushed her to start her own Jewelry business called Navé LLC. She makes and repair jewelry and is not afraid to give 110% to God and her work. When Ruthie is passionate about something, there is no stopping her.
Ruthie is a giver by nature and absolutely loves learning. Her hearts desire is to attend Bible College, and is trusting God to open the door to the right school at the right time. Being asked to teach children's church one Sunday sparked a new fire and ignited a burning desire in her to learn more.
While attending one of the SìC gatherings in Destin, Florida in 2021, Ruthie asked and received the gift of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues while being prayed for. She states it was a feeling like no other and a feeling that she never wants to go away.
One of Ruthie's favorite scripture is Psalm 27:1
The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear
The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid

Rhonda Hudson

Rhonda came into a personal relationship with the Lord in her twenties. Even though she had attended church since childhood, she didn’t know God, or have a personal relationship with Him. After going through some life events that challenged her in the areas of relationships, self-love, identity and purpose, she was at one of the lowest points of her life.

While attending a women’s retreat in Gatlinburg, TN she had a personal encounter with Jesus and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior. She always had a desire to know more about God and salvation provided more than just knowledge of God. She now has a personal relationship with Him. After the retreat, she began attending catechism classes where she learned more about God and her spiritual foundation was built.

More than 25 years down the road, her faith is firmly planted in Jesus Christ. Rhonda has a servant’s heart and God has allowed her to serve as a teacher in the Education Ministry. She also serves in a Leadership capacity by ministering, praying and counseling others. She also utilizes her administrative skills as a staff member at New Life Temple Bible College. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree and has a Bachelor of Theology degree.

God has restored her in many areas and she is glad to share her testimonies, encouragement and practical information that will help others. Rhonda currently serves as a Board Member of Fluent Life, The Lord Reigns, and She is Clothed International. These ministries teach, support, and uplift others so that they can walk in their purpose.

One of her favorite scriptures is Matthew 6:33 – But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well (NIV). This is a reminder to focus on God and what He desires, and He’ll take care of everything that concerns you.
Rhonda is the wife of a wonderful husband, John who is her biggest supporter. She is also the mother of two children and two grandchildren. Her prayer is that God will continue to use her to serve others and that she will fulfill God’s purpose for her life.
Dr. Michael Jackson
Apostolic Covering/Advisor
In 1978, the Lord spoke to Dr. Michael Jackson through a presbytery team and stated that He had writing and artistic abilities in his hands and an anointing that would turn men’s hearts to the Father. Michael has since dedicated his life to manifesting Godly character, standards, and the absolute power of God. He is the author of 13 publications. In 2007, he retired from the City of Cincinnati where he spent 30 years working in the Community Development and Law Departments. He has served in the body of Christ for over 37 years preaching and teaching God’s Word. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Master of Theology and a Doctorate of Divinity degree. He creatively ministers the Word under an apostolic- prophet-teacher mantle. Serves on an international apostolic team in several nations of Africa and is an International Elder of KINOC (Kingdom International Nations of Christ). He’s the Co-Founder and Provost of The “I AM” Fellowship Non-Conventional School of ministry (along with his wife of 39 years, Dr. Cecilia Jackson), and they have pastored “I AM” Fellowship Ministries for over 16 years and have now advanced forward with a divine mandate to focus as a national and international people-oriented ministry called to the task of equipping and mentoring Christian leaders with strategic Kingdom doctrine and principles. This call involves a commitment to plant, restructure churches, leadership, and itinerate ministries in strategic cities and communities serving diverse cultures and socio-economic populations throughout the world. He and his family reside in West Union, Ohio, USA.
Dr. Cecilia Jackson

Dr. Cecilia Jarmon Davis-Jackson is a retired English and philosophy teacher. She has a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, a Doctorate in Divinity, has over 30 years of experience in ministry and education and holds various licenses and certifications. Cecilia is an author of 30 professional publications, an inspirational speaker, a Biblical educational consultant, a curriculum developer, an intercontinental leader of Kingdom International Nations for Christ, a former delegate for the cause of women at the United Nations, NYC., USA, and the Co-Founder and Associate Provost of “I Am” College of Ministries with her husband for 39 years, Dr. Michael Jackson. Additionally, Cecilia is currently an adjunct professor at a college in Kentucky, USA; founder of the ministries Reaching Women and Children for the Nations, Christian Community Outreach Inc., and Seasoned Anointed Oil; a member of the National Council for Negro Women; and functions as an experienced leader in the Kingdom of God. Her passion is apostolically and prophetically imparting foundational and progressive doctrine with revelation and unapologetic, uninhibited worship. Cecilia is ordained and commissioned as a contemporary apostle. Dr. Jackson’s God-given anointing charismatically influences and shifts the atmosphere in local and global audiences of cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic diversity and impacts cross-generational gatherings. Her favorite adage is, “God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary exploits for His Glory”.
